First you'll need a physical SIM card from us. If you don't have one, no worries - you can order one for free by getting in contact with our support team. 

Once you have a physical SIM, you'll need to request a "SIM Swap" from our support team and they'll walk you through the process.

🔔  Keep in mind that a SIM swap can only happen between 4:30 am and 9:30 pm. Also, your old eSIM will stop working once you've made the switch, so make sure you're ready to make the change.
