Can I cancel my plan?

Absolutely! You can cancel your plan at any time. You'll be entitled to your services until your next billing date, when your services will stop.

The Lowdown:

  • Log in to your dashboard online and click on the 'Manage' tab.

    • Hit the 'Upgrade Plan' button and then click "Cancel" to permanently stop your plan.

🔔 Keep in mind that whilst cancelling is completely free, it could affect any ongoing extras or add-ons you have.

You can restart a subscription on the same SIM whenever you’re ready by selecting a new plan from the "Upgrade Plan" menu (in your "Manage" tab).
